1. Purpose, Infrastructure, and AS IS Condition

This platform operates as the central hub and B2B portfolio of JGRoco, combining audiovisual content aggregation via external APIs, digital tools, and community spaces.

All services, asynchronous integrations (Webhooks), and metrics are provided as is (AS IS). The owner offers no guarantees of continuous availability, real-time accuracy, or the absence of errors resulting from latencies in third-party infrastructures. Access implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Intellectual Property, Trademark, and AI Restrictions

Digital assets, kinetic rendering systems (channel avatars), source code, and corporate identity are the exclusive property of the owner. Data scraping or the use of the architecture for training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models outside of the infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

The ecosystem utilizes dynamic protection and internationalization systems. Embedded multimedia content is additionally governed by the EULA licenses of their respective originating platforms.

3. Community, Forums, and User-Generated Content (UGC)

Participation in restricted areas requires registration via encrypted authentication. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity generated under their account.

The user retains the rights to the content they publish on the platform (UGC), but grants JGRoco a free and worldwide license for its hosting and display. We reserve the right of admission, moderation, and unilateral deletion of accounts that violate community guidelines or current legislation.

4. Technical Monitoring and Telemetry

In order to guarantee security, network loop prevention, and server stability, the system utilizes passive telemetry and error reporting tools, grounded in legitimate interest.

This technical monitoring exclusively captures error traces, client hardware performance, and system logs, without associating them under any circumstances with commercial or advertising profiles.

5. B2B Sponsorships and Affiliate Transparency

Real-time statistics and data dashboards are for guidance purposes for B2B sponsorships and do not constitute binding financial audits. Any resulting commercial collaboration will require an independent private contract.

In compliance with transparency regulations (FTC/EU), please note that the platform uses transactional and affiliate links (e.g., Amazon). Purchases made through these links may generate a referral commission for JGRoco at no additional cost to the user.

6. Shop, E-commerce, and Subscriptions (PremiumLock)

The sale of physical products (merchandising) is managed through Print-on-Demand platforms. Logistics, payment gateways (Merchants of Record), and return policies are subject to the terms and conditions of those authorized third parties.

Access to exclusive content through paywalls (PremiumLock) or digital subscription models is considered consumed at the time of activation; refunds for digital goods and software licenses are not permitted.

10. Limitations and Applicable Jurisdiction

The owner reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms in response to technological or regulatory innovations. JGRoco disclaims all liability for cloud data loss, external gateway failures, or loss of profits resulting from the use of the platform.

The legal relationship shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction, except for any legal imperative regarding consumer protection.
